The easiest way would be to use the copy-able instructions with an access code. Simply copy the instructions and send them to your learners via any means.
What's the easiest way to organize learners into teams and assign them to projects?
The easiest is to allow learners to self-assign to projects. If you've informed them which project they are to be assigned to via other means, just allow them to find the project and create their teams themselves. Easy! If you want a bit more control, you can choose to organize the teams yourself as an experience administrator.
Can my learners complete projects as individuals?
Yes! Although all learners are organized into teams, team can be made up of a single learner or many.
