Diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Focused on learning
Every new Riipeneer completes a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion course as part of onboarding, and we refresh our knowledge annually with company-wide training.
Closing the pay gap
Rewarding those who are better negotiators or better self-advocators contributes to pay inequity. We review all our teams’ salaries at the same time annually so we can adjust salaries fairly and reduce the likelihood of unfair pay gaps. We publicly publish our company-wide salary bands and commit to paying fair market salaries for all roles.

“I think Riipen is a great introduction for any student in postsecondary to get hands-on experience in working with real problems. In this case, we were introduced to a very professional company, Riipen, and introduced to a problem that we can solve. I think WIL initiatives are super important for students to get the necessary exposure to the workforce, gain knowledge and skills and later transfer their skills beyond graduation.”
