Riipen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information is stored by us on the servers of the cloud-based database management services that we engage, located in Canada. We retain your Personal Information collected as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the “controller” and “processor” of information. In general with regard to the Processing of Personal Information, Customer is the Controller, Riipen is the Processor.
