Industry Engaged Addendum

The below supplemental addendums (each an “Addendum”) apply to the extent that Customer purchases the corresponding product on an Order Form and/or utilizes the corresponding product features. These Addendums are incorporated into the Order Form and Riipen’s Services Addendum located here: Services Addendum, and together, form the “Agreement.” Any capitalized terms used but not defined in any of the below Supplements shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Master Terms and Conditions.

This Addendum sets forth terms and conditions which apply to the extent that the applicable product and/or service is listed on an Order Form. These terms and conditions are incorporated into the Order Form with the Riipen Services Addendum, and together, form the “Agreement.”
