Why can't I just do everything over email?
You can! You'll be able to chat with the project company, make milestone and final submissions, and complete surveys all through your inbox, all while never having to give out your personal contact information.
Can I use an external project management tool?
Yes, but keep in mind that you'll still need to make submissions, complete surveys, and will only receive your official feedback through Riipen. This is the only way your educator and project company can all see your progress in a single spot while being able to provide you with official feedback at the end of the project which you can then take with you as part of your CV, personal portfolio or other online profiles.
Can I customize what milestones are available to my team?
Yes, all teams can add or remove milestones as they please. Creating additional milestones specific to your team can help keep your progress transparent as well as keep your team on track.
