This program connects employers with learners who bring fresh perspectives, digital expertise, and innovative thinking. Riipen FuturePath is a paid, government-backed co-investment program that strategically invests in Canada's emerging workforce.

Advance Ontario

Advance Ontario projects are fully subsidized, 60-hour (over 2-8 weeks), project-based remote internships that allow soon-to-be graduates to bring new ideas and specialist skills to an employer's business.

Seneca Polytechnic

Partnered with Riipen since 2018, Seneca is reimagining how experiential learning can scale across a large, diverse institution. Their team ensures every student has access to meaningful WIL opportunities.

MacEwan University

In 2021, MacEwan launched its Teaching Greatness Strategic Vision 2030 to integrate WIL into all eligible programs by 2030. Riipen has been supporting this mission to expand WIL opportunities for students.
