Simple eligibility
- Be a current student registered in a Canadian post-secondary education institution, and
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or persons to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; and
- Are legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.

How long are the projects?
Projects span 60 hours, and students are required to fulfill the full 60 hours to be eligible for payment. Partial payments are not available.
How many projects can I do?
Students can complete up to 5 projects per cycle.
How do students get connected to projects?
Students apply directly to projects, and employers accept applications. Employers cannot search for students to join the project. Read more here.
How are students paid?
After completing a project $1,400 will be deposited directly into your bank account. Read more about this here.
Can students work on teams?
Each team is limited to one student, though collaboration with other students matched to the same project is possible with employer approval.
