AI Chatbot Prototype Development & Validation

Activities included:
- Use case definition and success criteria.
- Build MBP chatbot, designing, and scope.
- Test with target users, analyze pilot results, and provide recommendations.

Activities included:
- Remove duplicates, normalize values, and create calculated fields.

What are cohorts?

Cohorts are designated time frames within which students are invited to complete projects. Learners can apply to join Skills for the Future with IBM SkillsBuild and Riipen and be selected to a cohort. Learn more in our cohort breakdown.

How do I join IBM SkillsBuild?

IBM SkillsBuild offers free skills-based learning from technology experts. Once you’ve completed a course, you can put your new skills into practice by applying to join the Skills for the Future with IBM SkillsBuild and Riipen experience, where you can work on real-projects through Riipen’s platform

Am I eligible to participate?

To participate, you must meet all of the following requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person with refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada according to your province or territory’s regulations.
- Be currently enrolled at an eligible Canadian post-secondary institution, either:
- Expecting to graduate within the next 6 months, or
- An adult learner who is working and looking for a promotion, a new job, or to re-enter the workforce.
