What sorts of questions can I ask?
Riipen supports a wide variety of questions types including: true or false, date, file upload, multiple choice, number, linear scale, and short and long witten answers. As long are you question can be answered using one of those formats, you can ask it.
Can I time my surveys to be sent at specific points during a project?
Yes! As part of the survey settings not only can you choose your audience for the survey, but you can also choose when the survey is sent as either before, during, or even after a project. These three options can be further configured by specifying related times to a project’s start and end dates so that you can send surveys out exactly how you like.
How can I view the results of my surveys?
All survey data is available through two different methods. The first and easiest is to view the individual responses from the survey page or to view the summary of all responses. The summaries are broken down by question and allow you to view overall trends and sentiment of responses. The second is to view the raw results of all surveys with the reporting features. Here you will be able to view and build your own reporting dashboards that can contain custom questions and views into your survey results, all while being fully exportable so that you can use the data with any external tool you like.
