Frequently asked questions
What is the best way to get started capturing all the outcomes for my learners?
You will want to use a combination of tools to ensure all outcomes are being captured. You should first identify what items you want to track. Common data points you should think about are hard vs soft skills, employment indicators, and general stakeholder satisfaction. Then, you should start with surveys set at your portal level, ensure that you are issuing both before and after project surveys, asking question similar in each so you can measure direct impacts on those identified data points topics of the questions.
How can I easily analyze my survey questions to judge overall trends such as skill assessments?
You will need to dive into your portal's reports. From here you will be able to ask any custom questions from your custom surveys you wish. You can ask questions such as "How does skill X change from the beginning of a project to the end", and "same question, but broken down by project categories", or "same question but only for projects which were more than 2 months in length", etc.
What credentialing platforms does Riipen integrate with?
Natively, Riipen currently integrates with Credly, meaning you can cause your Riipen achievements to also issue badges in that platform. However, Riipen also has powerful code-less integration tools such as Zapier which can be used to build any integration you want with any other platform, so the sky is the limit.
