At the end of every project, you will receive feedback from the educators you worked with, as well as the learners who actually completed your project. This feedback will look at how well you communicated, your professionalism, timeliness, and more, all to help guide you and help you provide the best possible projects and opportunities for learners in the future.
What are achievements?
Achievements are digital badges that you can earn on Riipen by completing specific tasks such as creating your first project or providing learners with feedback. It's all about showing other educators and learners that you are a great participant in the whole experience and able to show the rest of the world the great opportunities you are providing.
What do learners do with the feedback I give them?
First and foremost, it is displayed publicly on their Riipen profile. They often use this profile to help them with a job search after graduation and to show off the projects they have worked on. So make sure to give credit where credit is due! Additionally, learners often also put feedback on their resumes or online portfolios, and educators can even use this feedback as part of their grading schema for an in-classroom experience.
