After you have successfully matched one of your projects to an experience which is using applications, you can simply wait for learners to apply in teams. You will be alerted to the application, have a conversation started between you and the team, and then are free to judge the application, set up meetings / interviews with the learners, and ultimately decide to accept or decline the team's application. It works just like your typical applicant tracking system.
