Creating a Project
Create a Project
Projects will be reviewed by educators and completed by students as part of their course work. You'll have the opportunity to interact with and provide feedback and answer questions while students work on the project, typically over a period of 2-3 months.
A great project should give real context about your business. What problem are you trying to solve? What industry are you in? What details about your business will help students connect to what you're trying to? The more they understand your business, the better their work is likely to be.
Provide an overview of the business challenge or opportunity you'd like students to focus on. Let them know your goals, and try to be specific where possible. Projects can be substantial and can cover broad topics such as "create a marketing plan for a start-up", but even in a broad scope it's important to have a couple clear objectives for the students to work towards.
Your project is your own, but it will need to fit with the learning outcomes for educators in order to be selected. When you're interacting with educators, they may request that you make the project scope larger or smaller, or adjust details to fit the students' skill level.
