What am I giving feedback for?
At the end of your course you are going to be asked to provide feedback for the company you worked with. This feedback is solely based around your interactions with them throughout the project.
Did you have a great experience working with them? Let them know! Were there ways in which they could have provided a better experience for yourself or the students? Include this too, as public or private feedback.
Remember, your feedback will help other educators decide whether to work with this company in future, so give praise where it’s due but also use feedback for constructive criticism.
Riipen will ask you several yes or no questions as well as give you the opportunity to provide a five star rating for the company and what it was like to work with them. But where you really have a chance to make an impact is in your written feedback.
In your written feedback, make sure to highlight both the positive and the negative (if any) experiences you had when working with the company. Were they quick to respond to your questions? Did they have a clear and well defined project for you? How did they support your students?
Remember, any feedback you give will be publicly available on Riipen with your name attached as the author. With that in mind, remember to be courteous even if you need to provide negative feedback. You can always provide feedback directly to Riipen at email@example.com as well.
